Postbox Fairy

(no subject)

The Calvin & Hobbes cartoon today seems quite an apposite commentary on Merry Wives of Windsor, which we read through yesterday, and which contains more bizarre non-sequiturs and randomness than any other play I think I've encountered (together with pretty much all the elements that went on to comprise the classic British farce 400 years later).

I had a lovely time at the readthrough and the party afterwards, and was also very pleased how well my Richard III doll was received.
